JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experienced in plastic manufacturing operations specializing in Extrusion, Rotational Moulding, Compounding, and Pulverising.
• Skilled in operating, setting, and adjusting extruders, corrugators, and rotational moulding equipment.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring production parameters including temperature, vacuum pressure, RPM, and material ratios.
•Experienced in product quality inspection, SPC monitoring, and troubleshooting productio issues using Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys.
Capable of performing preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, and production line changeovers.
•Proficient in pipe extrusion setup, wall thickness adjustment, inline cutting systems, and tooling preparation.
•Experienced in identifying and correcting moulding defects and ensuring products meet tolerance specifications.
• Skilled in measuring wall thickness using ultrasound equipment and optimizing moulding processes.
• Knowledgeable in material handling, resin blending, colour changes, and contamination prevention.

REQUIREMENTS:
Very strong English
Experience with factory rotational moulding and pipe extrusion HPDE
• 2 years verifiable experience
• 3+ years' experience
• Be of good health and physically fit (they load 20-25kg bags into the moulds)
• Be happy to work in factory environment - refer to company website
